 PYRAMIS’s position in the international market is the result of long-lasting experience, expertise and commitment to satisfy our customers’ needs, with vision and flexibility.
 
1959

The company is founded by Mr Alexandros Bakatselos.

1962

The production of metal-frame furniture starts.

1968

A stage year when the production of stainless steel sinks commences.

1972

The company moves to its current location. Current facilities cover an area of 286.000m2.

1977

The production of cookware commences.

1990

Exports increase by 75,5%.
 
1997

Production line for monoblock sinks installed.

1997-2006

Moving into the 21st century, Pyramis has continued to change and grow. More than 44 million euro has been invested in state of the art robotics and automated equipment. Seven commercial subsidiaries are founded in Europe.

New Corporate Identity

The company’s new corporate identity evolved out 40 years of successful presence in the stainless steel sink industry worldwide, at a time when the company was embarked on a global expansion drive.

 The new identity of PYRAMIS reflects its symbol of Pyramid. ‘To increase rapidly and progressively step by step on a broad base’.

 The new PYRAMIS logo was designed to be visually attractive and to reflect our corporate objectives and core values. The launching of the new PYRAMIS logo strap line was the result of our intention to offer an integrated solution for the kitchen to all our customers. ‘Kitchen Inspirations’ determines our sector of activity in the market, and at the same time indicates a modern, ambitious, design oriented company, which considers the kitchen equipment as a total solution.
